The prostitution prevention and intervention account is created in the state treasury. All designated receipts from fees under RCW 9.68A.105 and 9A.88.120 shall be deposited into the account. Expenditures from the account may be used only for funding the grant program to enhance prostitution prevention and intervention services under RCW 43.63A.720.
