WAC 16-160-010   What is the purpose of this rule?  This chapter specifies the review process and criteria for registering brand name materials used in organic food production, processing and handling. This chapter is promulgated pursuant to RCW 15.86.060 in which the director is authorized to adopt rules for the proper administration of chapter 15.86 RCW and RCW 15.86.070 in which the director is authorized to adopt rules governing the certification of producers of organic food.
