WAC 16-301-215
Definition of a phyto-sanitary certificate. A phyto-sanitary certificate is a certificate stating that a
specific crop was inspected a predetermined number of times and a
specified disease was not found; or a certificate is based on
area surveillance stating that a specific disease, as far as
known, does not occur in the area of production.
