WAC 173-300-050   Operator certification required at incineration facilities.  (1) It is unlawful to operate a solid waste incineration facility without a certified operator in responsible charge on-site during all hours of operation.

     (2) All other operational employees are to be encouraged to become certified on a voluntary basis.
