WAC 173-303-045   References to EPA's hazardous waste and permit regulations.  (1) Any references in this chapter to any parts, subparts, or sections from EPA's hazardous waste regulations, including 40 CFR Parts 260 through 280 and Part 124, are in reference to those rules as they existed on July 1, 2003, except for the following: The National Environmental Performance Track Program accumulation requirements, incorporated at WAC 173-303-200(5), are from the April 22, 2004, Federal Register Volume 69, Number 78.
