WAC 173-406-102   Measurements, abbreviations, and acronyms.  Measurements, abbreviations, and acronyms used in this regulation are defined as follows:

     ASTM - American Society for Testing and Materials.

     ATS - Allowance Tracking System.

     Btu - British thermal unit.

     CAAA - Clean Air Act Amendments.

     CFR - Code of Federal Regulations.

     DOE - Department of Energy.

     IPP - Independent power production facility.

     mmBtu - million Btu.

     MWe - megawatt electrical.

     NADB - National Allowance Data Base.

     QF - Qualifying facility.

     RCW - Revised Code of Washington.

     SO₂ - sulfur dioxide.

     WAC - Washington Administrative Code.

     WDOE - Washington Department of Ecology, hereinafter referred to as ecology.
