WAC 242-02-899   Record on review.  The party seeking review should, within thirty days after the notice of appeal is filed, serve on all other parties and file with the board a designation of those documents that the party wants the board to transmit to the superior court. Each party is encouraged to designate only those documents needed to review the issues presented to the superior court.
