WAC 284-24-060   Suspension of filing requirements.   Under RCW 48.19.080, the rate filing requirements in chapter 48.19 RCW are suspended with respect to surplus line coverages. Insurers do not need to file rates with respect to surplus line coverages placed in this state under chapter 48.15 RCW.
