This section applies to self-propelled, integral chassis,
elevating work platforms with a boom-supported platform that
can be positioned completely beyond the base.
You must:
• Make sure boom-supported elevating work platforms meet
the design and construction requirements of American National
Standards Institute (ANSI) A92.5-1992, American National
Standard for Boom-Supported Elevating Work Platforms.
• Make sure the manufacturer provides instructions and
markings that meet the requirements of ANSI A92.5-1992,
American National Standard for Boom-Supported Elevating Work
Platforms, on each elevating work platform.
• Make sure manuals that meet the requirements of ANSI
A92.5-1992, American National Standard for Boom-Supported
Elevating Work Platforms, are:
– Provided for each elevating work platform;
AND
– Kept in the weather-resistant storage location provided
by the manufacturer

responsibilities of dealers, owners, lessors, lessees, users, and operators.
