WAC 388-14A-3900
Does DCS review my support order to see if
it should be modified? (1) When the division of child support
(DCS) is providing support enforcement services under Title IV-D
of the Social Security Act, DCS must:
(a) Review a superior court or administrative order for
child support to determine whether DCS will petition to modify
the child support provisions of the order; or
(b) Evaluate an interstate case to determine whether to
refer the case to another state or an Indian tribe for review of
the support order for modification.
(2) Recipients of payment services only under WAC 388-14A-2000(1) are not eligible for a review of their support
order under this section until they have submitted an application
for support enforcement services.
