WAC 480-100-163
Service entrance facilities. (1) An
electric utility may require customers to:
(a) Provide service entrance facilities at the easiest
access point to the utility's distribution system; and
(b) Comply with reasonable requirements to keep those
facilities free from tampering or interference.
(2) In order to permit the required clearances, utilities
may require their customers to provide a structurally sound
point of attachment for the utility's service conductors
pursuant to the National Electrical Code. Information about
the National Electrical Code regarding the version adopted and
where to obtain it is set out in WAC 480-100-999 Adoption by
reference.
